Marsanne
Retail: $18.00 Wine Club $15.30 SOLD OUT
Tasting Notes:
A lovely stand alone option in the white Rhone category is our 2006 Marsanne.
This wine is sourced almost exclusively from our Rodney’s Vineyard (95%) with a small percentage (5%) from the Camp 4 Vineyard. Enticing aromas of honeydew melon, white peach, gardenia and honey can be found on the nose.
Aged 11 months in 1- to 3- year old French oak barrels, the palate is a refreshing combination of white peach, almonds, citrus, vanilla spice and honey-glazed biscuits. A great sipping wine, but this wine will also make a lovely complement to most light dishes.
