 Pinot Gris, also known as the Italian Pinot Grigio, is known for its delicate aroma, opulent texture and fresh acidity.
On the nose of this refreshing wine, you’ll find grapefruit and white peach essences. The palate displays light citrus, melon, apricot, and pear followed by a bright acidity.
This is the perfect summertime wine to pair with fresh tomatoes, shellfish, salmon and oysters.
