Viognier has come to be known as one of the most aromatic white wines around. In fact the floral aromas often suggest a sweet wine, but the palate of Viognier comes off quite dry. We aged our Viognier 100% in stainless steel tanks to help emphasize the beautiful aromatics that this grape is famous for. 

The nose showcases hints of honeydew melon, pineapple, lychee nut, cardamom and honeysuckle while the palate’s flavors consist of pink grapefruit, honeysuckle, apricot, white peach, citrus and passion fruit. The low acidity in the wine leaves a soft finish which is another highlight of the delicate nature of this grape. 

Try pairing this Viognier with medium to strong cheeses, spicy Thai or a fish or chicken dish topped with a fruit salsa.
